This is the beach at The Dunes At Camalu looking out at the Pacific Ocean at Camalu. It is about 100
miles south of Ensenada, or less than 4 hours from the border at Tijuana.
There will be about 10 homesites going up from the beach among some sand dunes. We are looking for
investors to help develop the property.
We looked at several places that were intriguing. We checked beaches at San Felipe, and Socorro further south
from Camalu. They were equally nice but Camalu is closer to the border and has a climate like San Diego.
This is the view from the beach to the property to the north. We are building a home on the cliffs while we
get the develoment on the beach approved.
The san dunes are unique and we want to preserve them. The development will have homes with a view of the ocean
and the dunes.
